With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management, Kelli has had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, high tech, non-profit, and government. Kelli’s most recent employment at a Fortune 500 and multi- year Best Company to Work For® oil and gas company provided her the experience of working in a fast-paced commodity-driven market where the competition for obtaining and retaining talent was fierce.
Kelli holds a master’s degree in Human Relations and a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Public Communications. She received ICF certified coaching training at both the Center for Creative Leadership and Center for Executive Coaching. Kelli is a certified consultant for the Birkman Method®, a research-based personality and career assessment. She holds technical certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as both a Certified Professional and HR Generalist, the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and the Center for Executive Coaching as a Certified Executive Coach.
Kelli feels strongly about serving her community. She is an active board member for the Boys and Girls Club and the Community Market food bank, a mentor for the Women’s Energy Network, a Community Investment Volunteer for the United Way, a leader and volunteer at her local church, and a sustaining member and former board member of the Junior Service League.
