Clients range from global technology businesses to non-profit organizations, extend from one Founder to 10,000+ employees. I’ve taken three of the five CoActive Coach Training courses and completed Quantum Coaching (ICF certification pending).
As Chief People Officer of Jobvite for 4 years, I built the talent function with a focus on talent management and change leadership. Prior to joining Jobvite, I was Global HR VP for Mindjet, a global SaaS company. Previously, I spent 12 years at Intuit in numerous roles including talent acquisition, HR management, and process excellence. Before Intuit, I spent three years in HR at Apple, starting my career as a Recruiter.
