Traci’s early career (as a clinical psychologist, medical school faculty and medical practitioner) afforded her ample opportunity to work and lead in complex, highly matrixed organizational systems across the US. For the past 15 years, she has served as a consultant and executive in the leadership and organization development arena in a wide variety of industries (including consumer business, technology, professional services, manufacturing and finance/banking, pharmaceuticals, energy, government and healthcare).
