Loeser has held various executive, generalist, and specialist human resources roles throughout his career. He is highly collaborative and comfortable working at all levels within an organization to identify the highest impact people, organization, and technology solutions. He has developed and executed multi-site international HR strategy, led organizational change initiatives, and has developed organization culture that attracts high performing staff, retains talent and maximizes people performance. He is passionate about creating strategies and processes that contribute to efficiency and exceptional business performance.
Loeser has experience with private equity ownership, public companies, and non-profit economic development where he led human resources and talent strategies. His background includes companies like Hexion Inc., Sysco Corporation, Fisher Scientific International, Rockwell International, and JobsOhio.
Loeser received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina. He resides in Dublin, Ohio with his wife, Diane, and has two daughters.
